A law graduate from the University of Pavia, he has taken specialized courses on trusts and arbitration.
He has collaborated with Prof. Iudica as part of the faculty of law at Bocconi University in Milan. He has been a lecturer at the Swiss Banking Studies Center, Il Sole 24 ore master’s degree program, and Ipsoa and Professions&Finance training courses on generational transition and protection of family assets.
He is a founding member of the association Il Trust in Italia and a member of Step Italia.
Before joining CBA, he was the owner and founder of his law firm and later a partner in the associated firm Klegal.
He is the author of monographs on generational transition, internal trusts, directors’ liability, and articles in legal journals and specialized newspapers; he frequently participates as a speaker at events and seminars.
A sports enthusiast, he enjoys tennis, sailing, and skiing in his spare time, sharing these passions with his wife and two children.
He strongly believes in teamwork, reminding his younger colleagues of the phrase (his father used to tell him) “together we grow.”
