Born in Milan, he graduated in Business Administration with honors from Bocconi University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor. After a three-year stint at a Big Four firm (audit and consulting), he joined the tax law firm Biscozzi Nobili Piazza (at the time Studio Biscozzi Fantozzi), where he became a partner in 1995.
He is currently a member of the firm’s Management Committee. He deals with various tax and accounting issues and, in particular, with private clients, domestic and international corporate and business reorganization transactions, generational transitions and business succession, and aspects of innovation taxation.
He is a member of boards of statutory auditors of leading companies. He is a member of Confindustria’s “Tax” and “International Tax” Groups. He is a Step (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) member. He has been an adjunct professor at LUIC University in Castellanza. He is co-authoring the book “Family Businesses and Generational Transition. Civil and Tax Aspects” and the author of “Family Business Continuity and Growth,” both published by Egea, a publishing house of Bocconi University. He is the author of publications and a speaker at conferences and courses organized for banks, private bankers, clients, and family offices.
He is passionate about sports, practicing several habits, and traveling, which he loves to do with his family to introduce his children to different cultures and accustom them to open up to the world.
