Graduated with honours in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan in 1993 in Tax law, Francesca Masotti is Founding Partner of Studio Masotti Cassella. She specialises in advising international clients in M&A transactions, in both domestic and international tax advisory and more recently in international tax planning for high-net-worth individuals, and in ESG issues. She sits on various Boards of Statutory Auditors and Supervisory Boards of Italian companies, including listed ones.
