Lawyer, class of ’82. He graduated in law at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, where he began to study tax law as a student with Professor Enrico De Mita and then Marco Miccinesi and later obtained a Ph.D. in international tax law.
At 29, he gave his first lecture on international taxation at the University of Hamburg. He lectured on tax matters at the Guardia di Finanza’s School of Economic and Financial Police and at the Sole 24 Ore tax law master’s course and published papers in scientific journals on indirect, financial, and real estate taxation.
After spending years at leading international and Italian firms, dealing with financial taxation and family assets, since 2020, he has been a partner of AndPartners tax and law firm and a member of the tax committee of Assoimmobiliare-Confindustria.
His clients are Italian and foreign financial realities, mainly active in real estate (Oicr) and fintech, and top managers of large companies for whom he takes care of the tax aspects of family reorganization and generational transition.
Attentive to new models of social governance, he is active on ESG issues, among the founding values of AndPartners.
Passionate about blockchain, he oversaw the opening of his firm’s virtual office in the ‘Decentraland’ metaverse with other colleagues, enabling AndPartners to be the first Italian law firm to go digital. He edits a blog on the Huffington Post with his friend and partner Pietro Bracco.
