Gianmarco Di Stasio graduated in law from the University of Padua in 2001. After several educational and professional experiences in Germany and France, in 2003, he obtained a Master’s in Business Law and International Management at HEC Business School, Paris.
A member of the Padua Bar Association since 2005, he joined the law and tax firm Russo De Rosa Associati team in 2008, becoming a partner in 2010. Within the firm, he handles corporate and business acquisitions, corporate joint ventures in Italy and abroad, corporate finance transactions, and generational handover transactions.
His area of expertise is assisting clients in transferring corporate interests, reorganizing corporate groups, and designing and implementing related corporate governance rules.
Since 2008, he has been a lecturer in Corporate Law at the Master’s Program on Extraordinary Transactions, Corporate Law, and Tax Law at the Business School of Il Sole24Ore. He has also co-authored specialized essays such as Debt Restructuring Agreements and Business Succession – Generational Transfers and Transfers of Assets, published by Il Sole24Ore.
