After several educational and professional experiences in Germany and France, in 2003, he obtained a Master&#8217;s in Business Law and International Management at HEC Business School, Paris.<\/p>\n<p>A member of the Padua Bar Association since 2005, he joined the law and tax firm Russo De Rosa Associati team in 2008, becoming a partner in 2010. Within the firm, he handles corporate and business acquisitions, corporate joint ventures in Italy and abroad, corporate finance transactions, and generational handover transactions.<\/p>\n<p>His area of expertise is assisting clients in transferring corporate interests, reorganizing corporate groups, and designing and implementing related corporate governance rules.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2008, he has been a lecturer in Corporate Law at the Master&#8217;s Program on Extraordinary Transactions, Corporate Law, and Tax Law at the Business School of Il Sole24Ore.
