With a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics and a Master’s degree in Corporate Tax Law from Bocconi University, Mr Caldara has had the opportunity during his career to work in both corporate and personal taxation, specializing in family wealth planning and transmission, trusts, and family relocation.

\nHe is the managing partner of Caldara & Associati, which he founded in 2020 to assist private clients in tax and financial law, offering wealth planning solutions and family office services.
\n
\n <\/br>
\nPreviously, Mr Caldara was an auditor at a “big four” firm (2000-2001), a tax lawyer at an international tax firm (2002-2007), and co-founder and partner of a Milan firm specializing in private clients (2008-2020).
\n
\n <\/br>
\nDuring these years, he has also been involved in trust and family office services and is still a partner in one of Italy’s leading independent trust companies.
\n
\n <\/br>
\nMr Caldara divides his activity between Milan and Florence, assisting national and international clients thanks to his membership in a primary global network, the International tax specialist group, with which he routinely deals with cross-border issues.
\n
\n <\/br>
\nFor several years he has been a lecturer at the master’s degree in family wealth planning and transmission organized by Step Italy in collaboration with Business school del Sole 24 Ore and the Cattolica University of Milan.
\n
\n <\/br>
\nHe is married to Francesca and the father of Pietro and Edoardo; he devotes his free time to sports (tennis and skiing), reading, and TV series.
